Kayla Jones is a USA Weightlifting National Coach and competitive strength athlete based just north of Seattle at Paramount Barbell Club. She works with athletes of all experience levels to develop strength, technical mastery, & confidence in the Olympic lifts.
Kayla specializes in coaching the snatch, clean & jerk, & foundational strength movements, helping athletes build efficient technique and long-term progress in Olympic Weightlifting. Her coaching supports beginners learning the lifts for the first time, competitive weightlifters preparing for meets, as well as a focus with masters athletes looking to stay strong & athletic throughout their entire life!
Athletes train with Kayla at Paramount Barbell Club in Mountlake Terrace, serving lifters from Seattle, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Shoreline, Bothell, and surrounding communities.
She also specializes in Remote-Coaching for a more 1-on-1 intensive & holistic approach for her athletes, any where worldwide!
At Paramount Barbell Club, Kayla works closely with athletes to improve barbell technique, develop strength through structured programming, and prepare for competition when desired.
Her approach blends technical coaching, strength development, and individualized programming, allowing athletes to continue progressing through every stage of their weightlifting journey.
